Just because you have an LMS doesn’t mean your learners will use it. Most learning intuitions offer a Generic Moodle LMS version, its user interface is previous century design style. To young learners it looks old fashioned and out of date; dinosaur technology. So, they are reluctant to use it.
It shouldn’t be news to anyone that learner engagement is the biggest challenge in L&D. The problem becomes a thousand times worse when the learners are forced to use clunky, ugly, unintuitive learning management systems. At a time when training is becoming more important than ever before, an attractive UX isn’t just a ‘nice-to-have’ – it’s an absolute necessity.
Internal Marketing - User Motivation
To keep teachers motivated and interested, they need service providers that bring continuous improvement and innovation. Without teacher support your LMS will fizzle out and die.
Without continuous innovation learners will get bored and your system will lose their support and teachers will give up on the system. Internal Marketing can create the awareness and stimulate trial and adoption of new learning tools. It should communicate encourage all channels of user support.
